Motor Control Centers
CPE Switchboards offers two styles of MCC's.
- Both incorporating type testing to AS3439
- Arc fault containment
- Temperature rise tests
- Main Bus Systems rated at 770Amps to 3300Amps with options of parallel Bus Systems to 6000Amps
- Rating of IP52-54 with optional protective enclosures to IP56
- Fault levels of 50KA for 1 to 3 seconds, 63KA for 1 second, 80KA for 1 second and 104KA peak current
Our unique qualities of design for Motor Control centres are:
- Ease of access being a major design feature which allows our equipment to be tested and maintained in situ with only front access necessary
- All cabling is designed to enter from above or below. All equipment is accessible from the front and cable zones are 300/400mm wide
- Connections are immediately accessible without the need to dismantle or remove any equipment other than busbar covers
- Steelwork is of the best design. Main panels, doors and covers are fabricated from 2mm thick steel panels (all zinc seal)
- Sectional construction allows ease of transport for even the largest installations
- Re-arrangement of modules can be effected in situ after installation
